
This amazing syrup was developed in collaboration with Bittercube and uses the leftover mash from their Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters. It simply makes an incredible Tom Collins - just add lemon juice, gin, and the maple syrup - and is delicious for many other uses including waffles, yogurt, coffee, home-made marshmallows, and much, much more. This syrup has a deep flavor profile, you’ll note the cherries and vanilla which are layered upon cinnamon, anise, and maple.
