Shipping

We ship six days a week from our store in Port Washington, Wisconsin. We normally have same day shipping for orders placed by 2:30pm CST. Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Prefer to pick up in-store?

We have that option as well! You are welcome to come into the store or call us at 262-235-4490 for us to meet you outside with your package. We ask that you pick up within 48 hours of purchase.

Delivery

We offer delivery within 10 miles of the store location. Most deliveries are done within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive a notification when we are on our way to deliver your item. For nap time or pet purposes, we do not ring door bells.
