Meet the Maker: Jenny of Fern & Nettle
Fern & Nettle began in 2013 after founder Jenny Aicher watched a soap-making demonstration at a living history museum. Intrigued by the process, she decided to learn how to make soap herself, beginning with batches she could give as Christmas gifts.
Those early creations eventually grew into Fern & Nettle, a Milwaukee-based business built around handcrafted skincare and a love of making things by hand.
Today, Jenny creates products using natural and organic ingredients, with a focus on thoughtful formulations and small-batch craftsmanship. Fern & Nettle's body care products are made without artificial dyes, synthetic fragrances, preservatives, or filler ingredients.
