This Caramel for Dipping, Topping & Baking tastes just like their classic Salted Vanilla Caramels, but in a jar! It’s silky and thick; so spoon it out if you need to get it out of the jar… but use a spatula to get every tiny bit.
- Use it as a dip for fruit, or pretzels, crackers or cookies.
- Spread it on toast.
- Use it as a filling for sandwich cookies or macarons.
- Heat it in the microwave to pour it. If pouring over ice cream, heat it and then thin it a bit with milk or cream to keep it soft and pliable when it rolls down that scoop of frozen delight. Heat it a bit more to use as a drizzle on cookies.
- Mix it into frosting. Pour the whole jar over a batch of cookie bars or brownies before you pop them in the oven.
